The picture below is the online calendar, when someone has failed to manually create a new reservation. Our scheduling software shows the warning of an existing reservation together with the overlapping reservation itself. All reservations here end at 11:00, because this is set as daily check-out time. Because a cleaning time of 1 hour is also set, it is not possible to start new reservations before 12:00.

Yes, that is perfectly fine. Payments are only optional. However, you can save cash amounts in the scheduling overview (below the dollar sign) for your own administration.
